Al Qadhi was founded in 2021, and we have accomplished so much over the years. Our goal had always been to create a safe environment for the workers.   Our Founders was inspired to start this company by utilizing local talents in Oman to help the community and grow our local content as a local company.   At Al Qadhi, we encourage our community to continuously communicate positively to create better relationships, empathy, self-awareness, and mutual trust built on solid ground of good communication.
